Qualifications:
* Driver must have Class B CDL with X Endorsement on driver’s license.
* Drivers without X Endorsement will not be considered.
* Driver must have experience driving 9 or 10 speed. Most of fleet has Automatic Transmissions
* Driver must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass FBI Background check.
* Driver would like to have at least two years driving experience.
* Driver must have good MVR.
* Experience in the Petroleum Industry helpful but not necessary.
* Driver must be self-starter and service oriented.
* Driver must be able to work with others and maintain good working relationship with customers.
* All Routes are local.
Pay and Incentive Plan:
* Pay rate is hourly. Payroll is bi-weekly. Overtime is almost always available.
* Drivers make between 47,000 and 62,000 per year once trained.
* Pay increases set in place as goals are meet.
* Bonus and Commissions are paid for any new account employee sells or refers to management for as long as account is serviced.
Job Description:
* Driving position is for the refueling of customer’s equipment or tanks with fuel truck.
* Driver must keep accurate inventory at all times.
* Available Routes, Evening’s and we rotate Weekend Routes. Day Route will be available soon.
* Working environment is outside on construction sites and customer facilities.
* Requires working in all-weather types.
